Very disappointing experience this morning. I went to order Jalapeño Bombers and had to repeat my order four times, yet it was still entered incorrectly. The girl working in the morning was very rude and seemed completely uninterested in helping customers. Mistakes happen, but the attitude and poor service really ruined my morning. I hope management addresses this.

Very poorly run. Not sure what's going on but the service is very poor. Rude to customers. Came in and all staff avoided eye contact. Avoided coming to the till. When one finally came up to till, I said hello and they turned away. They were busy so I waited. I stepped back a bit and waited. They came to the till again and avoided me calling out to customers waiting on orders. I waited again until they were ready to take my order. Another customer came in and they called him ahead and took his order bypassing and ignored me. ... read more
