Do not go to this sorry a$$ location!!!!! Need to shut it down immediately!! I wished I had recorded the drive thru worker just a minute ago!!!@ RUDE AS HELL!! AND never have any promotional items... EVER. this is why I'm beginning to hate chicken places in the hood... -5 star... SORRY SORRY SORRY!!!!
I purchased a meal today and it was horrible words can not describe.
We had to wait 40 minutes for our order.then they forgot to gives.our sides.never again.
I hated it it was very Unsanitary my food was cold and I had missing items
This is the absolute worst location in the city. The staff lack professionalism, they curse/argue with each other in front of customers. They close before their displayed hours, tell you they're out of chicken hours before their closing time but remain open. Tell customers they dont sale a certain menu item just because they dont want to cook anymore. They are HORRIBLE, from MANAGEMENT on down to EMPLOYEES. They need to shut down.
See the way my mouth is set up I'm just not going to be going back there...... #jmo that place needs to be revamped new staff and maybe it will get some good ratings. Oh let me not forget how my order was wrong.
I love Church’s Chicken. However, this particular location seems to consistently be going down hill. They often do not have tenders ready. And my last experience, yesterday, I ordered the 4 tender combo. Got back to work, only 3 tenders in my box and found a hair in my fried okra. I won’t give up on Church’s but I am giving up on this location.
