I am just beside myself about how horrible people in professional positions can behave.. I have been sent letters from this place saying my care there was in jeopardy for being late or missing an appointment when I literally sat on a tele health line waiting for Tonya Alexander to answer and let me in to see her for 35 minutes! Then I called them and they said she was running late so I asked them to go tell her I had another appointment I had to start driving to so could she please be mindful. I have tried several times to contact this Churchland Psychiatric and no one will return my call. I wasted my time even trying to get an appointment so please don't waste your time.
Their staff is rude and disrespectful.
