Horrible. I wouldn t advise renting here, especially if you are military. The first bad check mark was when we complained about broken things in our apartment and nothing was done to fix them. I could barely use the stovetop on my oven because none of the burners worked constantly. The stove hood system is not correctly installed because whenever the ppl below us were cooking it would all come into our apartment making a horrible smell and oily mess. This is a great place to live. The property manager is personable and friendly. Always helpful. The maintenance crew is skilled and makes repairs rapidly. It is a very safe and pleasant place to live. I have two neighbors- across and above me - who are presently in the military and they are wonderful neighbors. They watch over me and are always there to help me if I need it. I highly recommend this apartment complex. It is very comfortable and accommodating here. I love living here.
The managers and staff are rude and aggravating beyond belief. I ve found that mostly migraines and ulcers follow after getting into these apartments. Not only do only half the washing machines/dryers work at anytime, good luck at getting any work done inside your apartment. I don t mean to be negative but I had nothing but problems when I was living here, and I am much happier now that I residing elsewhere. Absolutely ignorant of anyone else s problems or issues, the management company that runs the two apartment complexes out of Reno don t care about anything except making money. The way they treat their tenants (even the military ones such as me) is bordering on criminal. I wouldn t recommend this apartment complex to my worst enemies let alone anyone looking for a comfortable housing enviroment. Avoid this place and pay a bit more to get away from the headache I am going through.
apartments are great even offer military housing and HUD living rent is very affordable full laundry facility and guest house for those tupperwhere parties that your husband cant stand check them out .
I FOUND OUT YESTERDAY YOU ALLOW TWICE CONVICTED DRUG FELONS TO LIVE THERE, ARENT YOU INCOME BASED HOUSING HOW DOES THAT WORK SINCE I KNOW IF YOU HAVE A FELONY YOU DO NOT QUALIFY FOR PUBLIC HOUSING
Lied to us about condition of the apartment and deposits required. One neighbor abused a dog and it was ignored by management. Another neighbor was running a meth lab and nothing was done about that either. Also was sued over racial discrimination in the past.
Ive always loved this apartment complex.Beautiful surrounding areas, wonderful friendly people.I love this place very much.
