Great location with beach access and right on Miami Beach boardwalk. Shopping and restaurants nearby, 2 pools, nice gym and lounge area. It was exactly how described - the apartment was well stocked, high floor room with partial beach view. Beautiful downtown Miami skyline on one side with bay view, beach view on the other side - perfect balcony view! Extremely pleased and definitely recommend.
I would recommend the building and its location, but I would not recommend renting through this specific company. What I did not like was the overall condition and cleanliness of the apartment. As soon as we entered, there was a strong smell of humidity. At first glance, the walls were poorly painted and stained. Attention anyone that stay at this hotel ‼️They will scam you out of money . I went there on vacation for my birthday in October of 2025 stayed there for 3 nights I did not have a car there . They have been charging my card almost everyday for 60 dollars. A couple times they took the money . So when I called they said that I had a car and I was paying for parking. So when it came off my card the first time and paid for it even though I did not have a car there . Why is they still charging my card everyday This is January 202... read more
Avoid this company at all costs! Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Long phone calls, even slower email responses. They ask for the same document multiple times. The check-in will be a nightmare. If you want peace of mind, don’t book anything with Churchill.
