I have lived here for 12 years now. I do not have anything bad to say about Churchill . Churchill , is a wonderful place to live . The office staff is great . The maintenance is on top of things . You have beautiful scenery . Churchill Place has activities , Cook offs , Game nights , Bible group, Etc Etc.. Churchill place is a very nice place to live.. Ty Kim.
I have lived at Churchill place apartments for 10 years and love it. It is quiet and safe. The property is so well maintained and if you have a problem it is taken care of usually the same day.
My fiancé and I have lived here for 3 years now and we love it! We love how quiet it is tucked back off of Alpine but so close to shops and grocery stores. The staff is wonderful, especially Robin! We really lucked out living here!
My husband and I absolutely love living at Churchill Place Apartments. Even though the property is just off of Alpine, it's tucked back far enough from the road that you don't even notice. And with all of the trees, it makes the place seem homey and you can't tell it's off of a busy road. The staff is amazing! Robin in the office is wonderful -- she's always so quick to respond and answer any questions and she takes the time to get to know the residents which makes us feel like we're family. The management has always been very helpful and contentious. Owner even helped move in a couple of items for which needed a second person when my planned help did not arrive.
