Churchill is an awful place to live. It is bug infested, Angela at the front desk always has an attitude and cannot do her job, and although it is a no pet apartment, there were people in my building who had dogs, etc. So, if you are allergic and trying to avoid animals, do not come here. There are better places to live in the area that are less expensive.
