Bryan Munoz was my therapist. Simply one of the best. He is genuinely concerned about his patients and is a great motivator. I am presently receiving therapy for a torn meniscus. My therapist is Bryan Munoz who is providing phenomenal care. He is very professional, attentive and knowledgeable. All of the other team members are also wonderful. Great environment clean, friendly and inviting. Highly recommend for those in need for PT

This rehab team listens to you, is very attentive, friendly and professional. Bryan PT and Gabe PT are superb therapists and work well together. I got excellent results, I highly recommend this facility to anyone!
I definitely recommend Churchill to anyone with any physical therapy needs. Friendliest team of employees from the front desk to billing to therapists to assistants- love them all! Runs likes a well oiled machine- never made to wait to started! Best of all, they continuously strive to adapt or increase the exercises as needed to ensure the best results!
