Long story short, if you aren't buying a heating system and oil consistently from them, then don't bother calling them for service. I waited 8 months for them to get service cause I wasn't in a hurry. They are a small company so they are busy will not service you. I did buy oil from them once to become a customer but that didn't help being able to get service. The oil delivery was the same day though!
