Chuck and the crew at Churchill are hands down the best at what they do! Absolutely one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had and they saved me lots of $$$ on my Refi. Chuck gave me that personal experience you read about in books! Not only would I highly recommend Churchill, I personally feel that your experience elsewhere would be mediocre compared to these guys. A 5 star rating is an understatement.
From day one Mr. Butterfield was honest, open, and extremely genuine. He wasn't afraid of losing business. Rather, he was more concerned about genuinely informing me of my options. What integrity! I never felt like I was interacting with a bank but rather another individual who was genuinely looking out for my best. Furthermore, Mr. Butterfield was extremely timely in his responses. I wouldn't hesitate a second to refer this wonderful company and Mr. Butterfield to family and friends.
Great group of people to work with. I had all my paperwork to them when they asked and they were able to close my house in 30 days. The paperwork was actually ready faster but I was out of town before the closing. They were also about HALF the fees that the big bank was that I quoted!
Our re-finance was handled quickly and professionally. We always knew where we were in the loan process and our questions were answered quickly. We were given all of our loan options and had help deciding which loan worked best for us. Thanks for a great experience.
