I’ve been coming to this clinic for almost 10 years, but to be honest, it’s always been more out of convenience than because of the service because the service is always terrible and lazy The wait times are often long—as expected with walk-in clinics—but in the past, the front desk staff would at least offer to call or text when it was close to my turn. Avoid this place at all costs. They never answer the phone, employees are rude, and you don't even get called for your phone appointments most of the time. Update: they changed the receptionists, the service got better for a bit, but now they are back to not answering the phone. I called at various times in the day and they never pick up. There’s no other way to book an appointment or even a website to know about the doctor’s availability and walk in hours. I’m switching to a different clinic.
i've had great experience with Dr. Girgis and Dr. Myint but you have a rude receptionist named Zora. I called in and she is ery hard to understand her english and she speaks very fast. And if you ask her to repeat herself she is like " you are not listening and I told you that already". No wonder there are so many bad reviews of this place and it's always the same issue how the receptionists are bad.
I wish I could give review in Negative. Dr. Myint is amazing. But his staff is very very rude . No one answers the phone. I live very close by. So when phone was not answered, I had to go in person for apt. The staff was socializing & the phone kept ringing. And she said they couldnt answer the phone cuz they were "busy". There is no website so that we can atleast check walk-in times. This way half of the calls can be eliminated. And frustration too.
