Reception forgot about me after checking in. Poor service from the reception. After following up with the reception regarding a referral - the receptionist, Rose was unhelpful and dismissive to my questions about procedure. I recommend going anywhere else - overall poor service and lack of empathy towards patients.

I recently had to use this as an after hours clinic for my Mom's family MD. The reception staff was excellent. Friday night and my mom needed an urgent prescription. Dr. Jawad was on call and the reception staff were amazing. I am a R.N. and healthcare is hard these days. My mom got exactly what she needed. Thank you!
