Very disappointing experience. I paid over $400 for an initial consultation and feel I received absolutely nothing of value. The doctor arrived 30 minutes late, and then rushed through the appointment, telling me I couldn’t ask any more questions because she was out of time. This felt extremely unprofessional. I couldn’t sleep all night, feeling frustrated and regretful about wasting so much money for such poor service.
I was referred here in 2024 as I kept having tooth pain after some fillings were done near this tooth. I kept getting told nothing is wrong with my tooth. I was sent off to do an x-ray. Again, told nothing was wrong. In 2025, I was referred to another medical dentist who sent me off for a CT scan which showed there was tooth decay. I went back to my local dentist who then fixed up the decay as best she could but there was actually so much of it.
