I've made a lot of progress and I love how they have good counselors that also offer emdr.

I wish my counselor were in the office so I can talk to her in person instead of Donna phone section. This may be my last time having a cell phone section with her on the 23rd. Wonderful ladies that answer the phone! They are so friendly and so is the counselor she is worth 5 stars alone and so are the girls upfront…. Now, the reason for the 4 stars is because of the nurse practitioner here. She deserves nothing. No stars at all. She rushes you and on the very first visit has no idea who you are but will shove meds at you and demand you take them and not stop them no matter what they’re doing to you. Just not impressed with staff. There’s openings, and they’re just not taking people in. The whole set up is a mess. Including their instructions on the paper work about scanning them. Some people aren’t lucky enough to have a scanner. Be grateful enough we went through and did all of the paperwork before the appointment. They also never call you back. They make appointments only to not put you even in the system at all. I just think it’s sad, especially during a pandemic when people are struggling. I would not recommend it h... read more
