I built a new home with HistoryMaker last year and have been moved in a for a few months. The building process was transparent and honest. I credit the superintendent in charge of this development, he’s top notch and holds a high quality standard. They also work a with a fantastic lender that was very helpful, no surprises on financing or total cost which is not typical of lenders. I’ve spoken to neighbors that have lived here longer than I have and they say the same things. Overall a great community and great builder.
