An absolutely awful place to live. I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere. I had issue after issue while living here, and management consistently failed to address them unless I involved the city. Many of the amenities advertised by the property were either unusable or poorly maintained. The washers and dryers frequently did not work, and the dog park had holes in the fencing. Totally discriminated against me, they said I can't rent there because I don't have a green card. My green card is in pending approval status. Filed a compliant through HUD!

I have lived in these apartments for around 10 months now! I have had a great experience being here. The location is so great—super close to downtown & Newport Pavilion, & the Ft. Thomas area is very walkable. The buildings may be a little older, but the apartments have beautiful wooden floors & a lot of charm. The only reason I would consider moving would be to have more room & in-unit laundry. Overall, great value & very safe.

I lived at this apartment complex for a year and half. Within the first couple of hours moving in all of the door knobs fell off of every door, a few months later my front door knob fell off on a weekend however maintenance did come in on the weekend to fix it. They come into your apartment a lot to do apartment checks, spraying for bugs and to change the air filter in the furnace, at one point it seemed like they were coming in monthly. 3 stars for location but, rent increases over four years without any renovations or updates is a bit obsessive. Looking for a newer place being that I’m 200 less than a brand new place.
