Horrible company rentor and owner beware. Sloppy business practices, lack or tracking and very little to none of business professionalism. Constant problems with tracking of rent payments. Company doesn't allow for paying of fees by cash and NO drop box for ease of rent payment or after hours. Excessive fees and property maintenance is very slow to rectify any type of problem with working being less then lackluster. I tried to warn you!!
