The worst treatment I ever had in my life. I paid for full checkup, and asked to help me with cavity, they didn’t remove all cavity and put filling right on top of it! Laura removed all enamel around the tooth! And charged around 600$ from insurance After I came back after two weeks they requested payment for checkup again and refused to help me Instead of good treatment I got new CHRONIC INFECTION Highly not recommend this place They also discriminate gays in Liberty village by this kind of treatment!
Dr. Lauren is an incredibly gentle and capable dentist. Jo, her assistant seems to anticipate what is needed and is very kind. Tammy, the hygienist is the best. Thorough and gentle. A fantastic office!
Have had to return numerous times to get very little to no work done. Sent to other dentists way across town that also wasted my time getting no work done. No one wants appointments to make plans just get the work done. Every visit has been incredibly painful especially cleaning. The office is poorly ventilated and way too hot. The staff are friendly but the stubbornness off not expanding their practice to include everything under one roof like others in the area is limiting.
