This is, without a doubt, the most disappointing and frustrating transaction I have ever had with any company. The item was clearly advertised as NEW, yet what I received was a heavily used, worn-out hat that looks like it came straight from a garage sale or thrift bin. It is absolutely unacceptable and feels completely dishonest. I feel misled and taken advantage of as a customer. Don’t order from church suits for less. com. You’ll be disappointed! I ordered the silver 2 piece usher suit with high collar & decorative buttons on jacket. I paid after shipping $133+. It’s a $40 suit, cheaply & poorly stitched, paper thin lining!!! They fool us with retouched photos & hidden return policies!
Please please be very careful ordering or returning. The people Shawn have working & Shawn doesn’t respect customers very disrespectful. Try to charge you 25 percent for restocking fee. When you have to return the items in good conditions. I returned all items he charging $228.00 for restocking fee. No body in this world charges like this. I report designer church suit. Better business bureau Beware of over charging returning items. God going get you.

Very dissatisfied with the service, I too would give a 0 star if it was one, my purchase never shipped. I called 4 days after purchase it still had not shipped. My emails were ignored and sometimes the phone would have a fast busy signal as though it was off the hook. I began to be concerned if I had been scammed and asked the company this morning. Unhappy customer.. If I could give them 0 stars I would! I will NEVER order from this company again read the reviews before you order. They’ll talk to you until they have your money, then they ignore your emails. Worst customer service!
