This low rating is for the front receptionist with whom I spoke with today. Normally the front staff is polite, over the phone and in person, but today it was some mean person who picked up my phone and left it there and I could tell someone was there. After a few awkward minutes I said hello and with some difficulty this woman decides to respond back.
