Doctors are amazing here. The records are shared within practice so if one isn't available you needn't go through everything with a new GP. Been attending since moving to the area a few years ago. Had some very bad experiences in the past! Feel so fortunate to have such care here. Reception team hugely helpful also. Thank you.
Guy on the phone seemed rude for no real reason
This used to be a five for me - and if I could get an appointment that wasn't six days away it still would be. Gone are the days that the GP was the one you turned to for help on the day of illness. The new reception staff are not the same as the gorgeous, kind people I know. Unless there is an ability to predict illness in advance, forget it.
