Rude and lazy staff. They will not make any effort to help you at all and when directing traffic actually yell at you. Construction in the garage is confusing and inconvenient. I park here once and there was a weird drip from the ceiling that stained my car. Avoid giving these people your money.
Avoid signing up for monthly parking here. They have a deceptive cancellation policy that locks you in for an extra month unless you cancel 30 days in advance—something they don’t make clear upfront. I moved out in early July and no longer need the space, but when I tried to cancel, I was told my subscription will continue (and charge me) through the end of August. A majority of the staff here are extremely rude. You would think with the amount of people working here, they would have a better handle on traffic flow. There has been no designated parking for the hotel & apartment for months now. It’s very inconvenient
Have to fight for a parking spot on the 6th floor or the roof level on game/event days as paid monthly parker (and then go all the way down to access the hotel/apartments)… no designated level parking since Nov 2024 due to ongoing construction…
