I highly recommend Church Street Depot! I loved everything about this place! First, the young lady was wonderful about explaining their menu, very friendly staff, the Hamburger and bun was so delicious and fresh and loved the homemade fries!! The Best burger I have eaten in a long time!!

Absolutely AMAZING. Outstanding atmosphere and flawless food. The milkshakes had an overwhelming amount of flavor, and the fries were cooked perfectly. Workers were also all very kind and welcoming!

Might have been worth the money if l had got to eat it,the burger wasn't done..l opted for a refund since l had already waited 30min.for my order. I got no apology and 4.00 deducted for the bottled drink l did drink.Doubtful l will be back.

Our menu states that our burgers are cooked to medium well....but folks can request cooked to well done. I am sorry you were so unhappy with your experience. Please accept my apology. You should have received an apology from one of our staff when you were here. Thanks for letting me know.
Overall, good.......for some I suppose. The bun was much larger than the patty. The bun was toasted slightly and a little tough. The fries were very salty and over cooked. I will return though. Will take my wife next time. She's the burger expert. I'm just too picky I suppose. I really liked the taste once I got through all the extra bun. And the patty was very good. They have three types of patties. I chose the chuck/brisket blend.
Something Waynesville needed was a great place for quality burgers and fries, and man did you guys nail it. Excellent Burgers and Fries, the restaurant is clean, and open, with comfortable seats. Not only did we love your burgers and fries, but your staff as well. Very friendly, cheerful, helpful, and I honestly felt like they were happy to be working there. That is refreshing to see for our community. Thanks! We're glad to have you, and will definitely visit often.
