I don't live here, but I live nearby. The residents are extremely unfriendly and rude to anyone passing through this neighborhood. Don't purchase in this development if you are expecting small town hospitality.

Not impressed, seems to be on the low quality end and the driveways are too short to park in and the alley where the garages are located is narrow which makes parking in the garages difficult. There is also a Vets Office on the perimeter so I wonder how pleasant it might be if they kennel dogs overnight...
