Do yourself and your family a life changing favor and Do Not understand any circumstances move here!!! What they mean by 55 and over community is that all the residents have to be 55 and over. The houses are poorly made and thrown together very quickly. The toilets are not high enough for older people to sit on. If you have a wheelchair and you need to get in the extra bathroom or extra bedroom forget it. The doorways are not built big enough for a wheelchair and barely a walker to get through. I don't live here, but I live nearby. The residents are extremely unfriendly and rude to anyone passing through this neighborhood. Don't purchase in this development if you are expecting small town hospitality.

Not impressed, seems to be on the low quality end and the driveways are too short to park in and the alley where the garages are located is narrow which makes parking in the garages difficult. There is also a Vets Office on the perimeter so I wonder how pleasant it might be if they kennel dogs overnight...
