Made an appointment online as told to do when I called last week. Was running late and gave them a call to let them know and to see if I could reschedule, was told that they didn’t even have an appointment for me. Was then told that the groomer’s not even in this week. Why aren’t you checking your online scheduling? Why is a “sorry” all you can offer. Used them in the past and using them again. It awesome to have a vet clinic there as well. Everyone has ALWAYS been so great with my pups!
They take good care of your pets... Ours had surgery and she is in great shape...
