Can’t give a decent injection to save themselves. Most painful injections I’ve ever had, they use 16 gauge needles. Also had the worst pain from blood being drawn, the blood clot was the size of a half dollar coin and took a week to disappear.
Ms. Sandy, the NP used to be so nice. It really was a good place to go. Unfortunately, she has become very crude to her patients, especially my son the last time he went. I gave this place two stars for only two reasons;the first, her assistant is very nice, and second, there is always an appointment available. Many of the people I know that used to go here will never go back due to the way she treats her patients.
My family & I went into the clinic. We had Covid symptoms. We got “swabbed” on Thursday & won’t have results till Monday. She said if it came back we have Covid then she’d call in some meds. So I asked her,we suppose to stay like this till Monday? She point blank said YES. She didn’t take her time either. I’ll NEVER return to this place ever again !
