probably the best apartment ill live in for a while; I was in floorplan 2 bed 2D, the one with the balcony, and it was extremely spacious (especially the living room) and overall a great clean space to live in. Excellent service. Very efficient, with resolution of issue. The maintenance person was very pleasant and professional.
The living conditions are unacceptable for the price. The AC units do not function properly in the summer, and the heaters are ineffective during the winter. The apartment has extremely poor insulation, so bad that during cold months it becomes too cold to comfortably use the living room. At times, there is effectively no way to keep the apartment warm.
