We were very pleased with the professional ways Caliber Collision handled our body repairs and the clarifying communication throughout the process as well as the walk through on completion and explaining what to expect going forward regarding the painting that was done!!
Customer service is rude and dismissive. After 2 weeks, I was told my battery died and I needed to pay for another one. Problem is, my battery was fully charged when I dropped it off so it died in their possession. When I picked it up, they tried to charge the deductible that was already paid.
Great body work and excellent service
Had a great experience with caliber collision, Jon Was very good and informing during the process. I would highly recommend caliber collision to work on vehicles for family and friends.
