I called in and asked for a gender neutral haircut as my hair is very short. They upcharge all women a pink tax even if they want a men's haircut. It's the same hair length, the only difference is women pay more for their services. Seems sexist and something needs to change.
Great cuts, less wait than other locations. Was very much my go to place during Covid!
Tomo did an amazing job on my cut and perm. He’s so knowledgeable with hair products in combination with my hair type. The salon is thoughtfully designed to accommodate customers.
I had a hair cut with Katsumi today. He takes his time to ensure everything is done properly and that I’m satisfied with the final result. Excellent service and great attention to detail.
Katsumi was amazing! I showed him a picture of the hairstyle I wanted, and not only did he match it, but he improved it so that the layers and side bangs fit my face shape better. He provided suggestions along the way, and really took care to make sure I was comfortable with the length and style (e.g. thick or thin bangs and how it looks in high/low ponytails). He was extremely professional, kind, and we had fun chatting about lovely restaurants around town. I really enjoyed the experience and will definitely come back :)
