Very good quality dishes. Their Tsukemono (pickle side dishes) is above and beyond. We enjoyed our late night date

I don’t normally leave reviews specifically for bartenders, but after visiting Chuo Izakaya I feel like it would be irresponsible not to inform the public about Austin. I ordered a drink. Austin made the drink. Under normal circumstances, that would be the end of the story.
