Experienced multiple interruptions during our eye exams with Dr. Shen with him leaving the room to handle other patients / business -- it was rather rude and quite annoying! Great experience with my eye exam. Dr Chung explained me everything and conducted in depth eye exam with additional color vision test for my job application.
This is the optometrist that ruined my eye vision by encouraging me to wear a lower prescription when i was in my childhood. For someone whose considered herself as a professional she defintiely didn't know what the hell she was doing. Throughout my elemetnary and all the way through high school i would wear a pair of glasses that was below my correct prescription and i would only wear it when i look at the chalkboard overhead.. Went in on the advice of my wife whom had been going to Dr. Chung for years. My appointment was quick but everyone working there was quite friendly. Dr. Chung suggested that I get a lower prescription and my eyes are much more comfortable. I would definitely return.
