Terrible service. Called to make an appointment. Was told to wait a minute and then they hung up on me. Called again and asked if the number was the number for Dr Kiyon Chung. They said no and then hung up. Double checked the number on google and then called again and the call was rejected. I don’t know what’s going on but it seems the people who work for dr. Chung don’t want to do their jobs
She cares about her patients.
I have been trying to get test results for nearly 3 months. Calls are never returned. That should tell you about staff issues. I have no idea if Dr. Chung is aware of these problems, or if she is a good doctor. I saw her briefly, she ordered tests, and that seems to be the end of it. Based on my experience, I can not recommend this office.
