I CANNOT SAY ENOUGH GREAT THINGS ABOUT CHUNG BROTHERS!!!! I brought my truck in because it was making a weird noise. Quan worked through each issue with both professionalism and speed. It ended up not being much of a fix and probably not worth his time, but he walked me through everything he tested and said that I should be okay for the time being. He said just come back if I ever have trouble, AND I WILL! If you want people to count on, you can trust Chung Brothers!!
All my vehicles have been serviced from chung brothers. They've been nice enough to show me the issues once the car is torn apart. I trust their professional knowledge and they never try to upsell me on thing they dont believe necessary. Kahn and his team are beyond friendly and have always taken care of me. I remember going when they first opened many years ago and have had the same experience everytime I go.
I had a great experience with Chung Brothers Automotive recently. After an oil change at a quick-service center, my wife’s vehicle had some issues with the differential check valves that made us a little uneasy, especially since we're about to drive across the country in a few days. They did the sway bar on my '08 Subaru last summer. Great customer service. Kept me involved and what they were doing. And went along for a test drive to make sure I was satisfied. I'll be bringing them more work when I have other vehicle issues.
