I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Chunduri. He was incredibly professional, just as I had expected. I underwent a procedure today, and he made sure everything was clearly explained and went smoothly. The front desk receptionist was also very kind and professional, providing all the information I needed. The hospital staff were fantastic as well. Thank you, Dr. Chunduri.
My experience with the doctor when I was hospitalized at Gottlieb
Uncertain about the doctors bed side manner but if it's any Inclination on how the front desk treats patients is absolutely disgusting, pathetic and horrific. Tried to make a first time appointment for 2 days and all I was able to do is be disrespected by being hung up on, on hold for 25 minutes and end up calling back to be slammed into voice mail no returned phone call as well. She just answered the phone hello and puts you on hold. That's if she feels like answering the phone. I don't care if I was on my death bed, no way... read more
Just want to clarify that this rating may affect the doctor, but is just intentionally to bring awareness on the receptionist she is rude, poor customer service. In the other hand the doctor I kind and very knowledgeable.
