Great caring doctor keeps me informed
I never had a visit, signed up for Medicare in July, called in Aug or Sept and was told "Sorry the Dr won't see new patients until December. I had prescriptions that needed filling and was told he cant fill them until he sees you and wont see until December. Why accept new patients if you wont see them for 5 to 6 months, maybe its because of that agreed upon medicare capitated fee, they get paid a certain amount wether they see you or not. Dr. Patel is always clear and informative and answers any questions I have. I am very satisfied.
Dr. Los is a great doctor. He's very understanding and listens to your concerns. He takes time with the patient to help them with their health issues. He is very kind and patient. I've never had to wait more than a few minutes when I arrive on time for an appointment. I highly recommend him to anyone.
I will always take time to do this survey. I can not say enough good things about Dr Los. I never feel rushed, he is always on time. He listens, he’s thorough, he’s kind and has always made feel justified with whatever has brought me to him. I have recommended him to several friends.

He was tired and rushed.
Dr Los will not help you if you get covid. He says per the CDC he does not treat covid patients at home. You are instructed to wait and if you get real sick then go to the hospital. Makes no sense at all. Monoclonal antibodies would have been a good suggestion but he did not tell me about them.
