My wife went here for what was supposed to be a routine cleaning. They failed to confirm insurance coverage and proceeded with a comprehensive X-ray, which ended up not being covered by insurance. A regular X-ray would have been covered. The billing representative was extremely persistent, repeatedly calling until payment was made. When I asked her to contact the insurance company directly, she said it was too difficult and hard to communicate with them. As a result, we paid out of pocket and will not be returning.

This doctor only cares about extraction he will make you an appointment for extraction any day any time . Because it’s easier and makes him a quick bucks . Once you need something else they’ll neglect your case and never makes you an appointment . Avoid this place .
