Friendly efficient Eric & Mark are great!
Been getting treatment here for a month, and everytime I visit I leave disappointed. A couple hours after my 1st appointment, my spacer popped. I was advised to contact them to come back immediately if that happens, but they don’t answer their after hours number. My appointment was on a Friday, and they aren’t open Mondays, so I had to wait 3 days, and go through an extra week of pain and not being able to eat after I got the spacer put back in on Tuesday. First time, first impression. Very friendly, very comfortable talking about what happened with my braces. One of them came off. I came to them for help and they got the job done. Not sure why my review was removed ( unless someone paid to do so) but this place offers the same quality service as Western Dental just cost ALOTTT more. My braces were removed (even though addition plans were made because my bite was not even) and I instantly noticed after they pulled one of my front teeth down then shaved the other to make them “straight” that we had different ideas of STRAIGHT.
