Just witnessed a Chumo Manager’s yellow pickup on I-5 completely weaving in and out of the road and running multiple cars, including mine, out of their lanes. When I passed them to be safe I saw a gentleman full on texting and not looking at the road at all. He was a complete hazard, and in a company vehicle 🙄
