I was referred by urgent care and was seen by Chad Thomas. He was rude and seemed annoyed that I was even there to be seen. I ended up being seen a second time in the ER prior to my scheduled appointment and when I let him know I had been to the ER the prior day he said he didn’t have the records and couldn’t do anything without them. I do not recommend seeing Brooke Watson here. I had to advocate for myself after not being heard several times. She is quick to recommend unnecessary (expensive) surgery instead of trying any other options first. Over the course of 7 months she still has not helped me with the reason for my referral there. I have asked my primary to refer me elsewhere and have since received the care I needed. Please do not waste your time or money going to this practice.
Very pleased with the provider.
