I had a great experience at Northampton Implant and Family Dentistry. Lynn did a deep cleaning on me and I admit I was nervous. It was Painless and she was very thorough. I didn’t even have to take any pain meds! Every one is so friendly especially the office manager Helen Pennell! There was no wait and it’s so clean and all renovated. If you are looking for a wonderful Dental practice I would definitely recommend them!

You guys were great. No worries except the grabbing of my lip from the cute doc. He was funny with his grunts, stole my heart, am sharing with my other vendors in that it did shut me up long enough to get into his mind set opposed to mine. To have the manager to assist? I'm special. She was awesome too BTW. Knows her stuff behind an instrument tray. Loved that in that i k new what HE was doing next. The receptionist was really kind and helpful! Knowledgeable and very helpful in regards to insurance! The hygienist made me feel very welcomed and made my experience delightful (coming from someone very apprehensive in regards to dentistry). Cleaning was painless and quick. Dr was very straightforward and to the point without being harsh while being honest and optimistic! I appreciate his knowledge and am very happy to be coming here for my dentistry needs. I will be recommending to everyone! A+ , 10/10 experience.
Dr Kim did a great job giving me back my smile by fixing a chipped front tooth! His staff got me in quickly and couldn’t have been nicer.
