Great food, service & atmosphere!!! – I grew up in Southern California where great mexican food is everywhere. Later, I moved to Colorado and quickly learned it is not as common place as I had thought. When I first came to Panama City, I thought for sure Chula's would be another run of the mill tex-mex or mexican "style" restaurant. Was I ever wrong!
