This restaurant I was told when I showed up at my reservation time is until further notice “closed”. The 1 star is for not informing the public of this situation and allowing reservations to be made online for your restaurant only to be informed - “Sorry sir, this restaurant is closed and is only open for private events”. Well alrighty then!
Every dish was pretty solid. The biryani could have been better, but overall the food was good. The appetizers were really strong, which is really what we came for, and they didn’t disappoint.
The food was delicious. I especially liked the onion samosas, which were lighter than the samosas I typically receive in Indian restaurants. The butter naan was tasty and buttery and the garlic naan tasted of garlic without it being overpowering. The curries were likewise delicious. Our service was prompt and the price was reasonable. I loved the cosy atmosphere.
