I have never experienced such awful customer service as I did at Chula Vista Smiles on 3rd Ave. You would think a dental office would prioritize professionalism and kindness, especially when dealing with families, but instead, they have the most rude, dismissive, and entitled people at the front desk. This is the best dental office I’ve been to. The dentist and staff were incredibly friendly and patient. And they really go above and beyond to make sure their patients are happy.
