I’m sad to put this because the dr she is always so nice and kind to my son since he was a baby, he is now 11 years old and never had issues, the front desk girls are so rude they treat you like an inconvenience, they want to charge late fees for being 1 mins late and reschedule you, with no empathy or curiosity and when I come in early they tell me I have to wait an hour because they are behind? I have never experienced such awful customer service as I did at Chula Vista Smiles on 3rd Ave. You would think a dental office would prioritize professionalism and kindness, especially when dealing with families, but instead, they have the most rude, dismissive, and entitled people at the front desk.
