I wonder if Dr.D.J. Spak works at this facility. He is one of the best DR. I had back here on the east coast. I missed his service. If you have him as a DR. you are for a good treat, And I know you are in good hands.
Sophia who is a call center rep and answers the phone is very unprofessional, rude and disrespectful.

Tricare for Life said if they weren't sure about coverage that the clinic should call them , but they refused to call, said it wasn't their job. That is pretty lousy customer service.
