I went to this Urgent Care because it was in-network and the first urgent care that I went to (Concentra- which I do recommend) was closed. The front desk staff were lovely. I had a severe right ear infection requiring 10 days of twice-a-day antibiotics that had improved 95% but not resolved, and now my symptoms have worsened again to include right-sided ear pain, hearing loss, chills, night sweats, nasal congestion, & disorientation.
