Went to Kia for a oil change and a recall. They ordered the wrong part and placed another order. Waited two weeks. I added a oil change and they did not install the under carriage splash shield correctly. Causing it too get damaged when turning vehicle. Vehicle was fine before taking it to kia. The mechanic did not know how to do there job.
