5* for the service, 0* for the buying experience. I had a Honda Pilot 2019 that had some issues throughout the year. Service guys were super fast, responsive, nice, nothing bad to say about that. Time past, got many calls to trade in my car, and in the end i caved and said OK. I was very set on the new Pilot, Elite edition, so the expensive trim. Honestly the worst and rudest customer service. I left and got a car at different dealership. Your better off buying a car anywhere else.
Do not recommend. Horrible service and disrespectful. What a disappointing experience trying to buy a new car. Do not do business with them and go to another dealership.
