My experience here was almost farcical. It felt like they didn't want to sell me a car, and they certainly didn't care about my time. I spoke with Sam about a used CR-V on their website. Okay, I'll talk about my experience. To start, the salesperson, Andres Ezpinoza, is an excellent person. He helped us a lot with the purchase, explaining all our questions. Now comes the bad part about that dealership. I have bought 2 cars before and I have never had any problems until now. I bought a car, a 2015 Ford Focus, with a discount. The car overheated. I took my certified pre-owned Honda in for an oil change after only 5,000 miles since purchase. I received a call stating my vehicle was ready, but they recommended multiple additional services, including a transmission fluid flush, alignment, cabin air filter replacement, and new tires, despite my current tires having less than 6,000 miles on them. The service manager blushed the sales team for misleading customers who purchase certified preowned vehicles

avoid this dealership they are not willing to help you on simple issues sales person stop replying to my messages, went to the dealership in person and manager just tells you what you want to hear and then does nothing to resolve issue.
