Very good service from Mario. He went above and beyond to make us happy and bring us the car we wanted from another dealer. He never stopped helping us, he answered all of our questions and concerns and he even try to accommodate all of our needs. Also, the sales manager came with us and introduced himself. Friendly folks here. First time here with my Texas-based F250, and they took good care of me and my trucky. Online reservation was easy. The day before got a courtesy reminder. Showed up, left the truck, and rented a car in 5 minutes (bring insurance card/app). Clean dealership and friendly vibes. I highly recommend Chula Vista Ford!
