I’ve had nothing but great experiences with Chula Vista Ford. From the day I bought my F250 to bringing it in for service. The oil change service pricing especially for a diesel is very reasonable and I know it is getting Motorcraft oil and filter. John Steven is an excellent auto mechanic. He is very accommodating and keeps me updated throughout the process. He clearly set a timeline for when my car would be fixed and ready for pickup, and it took less than a month to complete the repair. I was raised to never take my car to a dealership for service bc it’s twice the price, but had to for a factory recall. I also got an oil change. It was about $60 more expensive than Jiffy Lube, but Darren made all the difference. He really made me feel like my car & my time were important.
