Very good service from Mario. He went above and beyond to make us happy and bring us the car we wanted from another dealer. He never stopped helping us, he answered all of our questions and concerns and he even try to accommodate all of our needs. Also, the sales manager came with us and introduced himself. He also explained everything to us, and if we didn't like something, he tried to improve it or discuss other options. We recently purchased a vehicle from this dealership and the experience was fantastic from start to finish. Our sales representative Franco was incredibly nice, helpful and most importantly not pushy at all. Really nice people that are easy to work with at this dealership. Plenty of trucks to choose from and they don't hassle you. After 2 months having issues with our car trying to fix twice a transmission. We finally came to the end of it🙌🏻 Our truck left us literally broke and after all the dealers said NO …. CHULA VISTA FORD SAID YES🥳 Thank you so much RAFA🙏🏻🙏🏻 I had applied online told him our situation.
