Good customer service.
I regret ever coming in here. I just spent almost 3 hours waiting for an approval on a car that I was led to believe would be a positive outcome. I am disabled with PTSD, a severe domestic abuse survivor, and mentioned that walking in that I can get triggered easily. They don’t care. Money is all these people care about. Started out with 500 down, then went to 1000. Then got a friend to loan me 500 so I can get 2000.00 they wanted down. Then, when I get that, they come back and tell me 3200.00.. I don’t have that. Quick easy and friendly to deal with. A couple rough spots here and there, but overall experience was a 9 out of 10!
Disappointed with service at this ford dealership. Schedule an appointment first thing in the morning to be put in the waiting time for four hours. Front desk was unprofessional.
