The experience with the mobile Ford technician Christopher Saunders was fantastic. Before Mr. Saunders started the update, he explained the steps and procedures, provided a completion time. He also explained he was elevated to the apprentice program for the electric vehicles. I would highly recommend him for a further position once qualified. Customer service was top notch.

Really nice people that are easy to work with at this dealership. Plenty of trucks to choose from and they don't hassle you. Patricia was a great salesperson and Gabe, the sales manager, was a fair negotiator. Everything went well in Finance and now I'm driving an epic Raptor. Thanks Chula Vista Ford!

Chula Vista Ford is an outstanding dealership above and beyond. For my experience I have been taking my car for service maintenance and open recalls my car has. Two years they have taken care of my car needs in particular I want to mentioned a service advisor who is outstanding in his job duties. Jose Gomez has taken care of my car ever since I step on there service department. As well gives me recommendations on future service parts or maintenance the car needs. I am more than pleased with the service from Chula Vista Ford. They save me so much time by picking up my car and bringing it back when it needs service or by doing the service at my home. Christopher was so friendly and made feel very at ease with the software update he was doing. He was very kind, playful, and tolerant with my dog, which made me happy. I really appreciate this dealer for providing me with this very valuable convenience.
