Oh my god this clinic is getting worse and worse. They just cancel your appointments and the next availability is three months out just like that.
Specifically for the vision department: *update: I had a second interaction with the lady and that went fine, the nurse and doctor were also great. But seriously yall need to get off your show up 15 minutes early bullshittery I was there *on time* and had to wait for the front desk woman to finish her phone conversation and her conversation with her coworker, and she decided to chide me for not being there 15 minutes early when I had already completed anything online and it took her *literally* half a second to check me in. ... read more
They make a lot of mistakes with paperwork and records. Very disorganized. All office staff behave as if is their first day working there. Doctors and technicians are decent but office staff bringing this place down.
Parking in the area is awful. I was three minutes late due to parking far on my initial appointment. Then they had to call the doctor to see if they could still do the appointment after three minutes?? Would not come here again haven’t even seen the doctor yet. Don’t like the parking or the strict policy. Update: Doctor said I had to reschedule
