I called to pay overdue/credit representative with my debit/credit card. Worker #1 asked to call me on an unsecured phone line, then asked for all my card info including the 3 digit code on the back of the card. I told her I wasn't comfortable with that. My boyfriend said "the electric company can be trusted, it's the electric company". I called back and gave all the info on an unsecured phone line to worker #2.
