Absolutely love going to Method! The entire staff and members at this gym are super friendly and helpful, and the trainers are killer during the HIIT classes. You can tell they have really worked hard to cultivate a community at Method that invites everyone in and supports you, no matter where you are on your fitness journey. I've yet to try a lift class and plan to do that and hire one of their trainers to train me personally, but until then, I can do my own thing during their open gym hours on weekdays. I reached out to get more information on personal training, heard back the same day, and was in to see the owner, Zach, by the next morning for an initial consultation. Method is the best, and I’ve been to many fitness places during my 60+ years. I was seeking alternate ways to become more fit after a physical setback. My trainer, Ashley, patiently worked with me. She shared clever exercises and stretches I could use to build strength, stamina, flexibility, and balance and improve posture without heavy weights. She also guided me to a healthier nutrition mindset. The place is very clean and everyone is super friendly!
I can confidently say this is the best gym I've ever been to. The trainers are encouraging, knowledgeable, and rooting for you to be your absolute best. What really sets this gym apart, is the incredible community of staff and members, who always make you feel welcome and supported.
Method Training has made me love working out in a gym setting. Every trainer is at the ready to answer any questions you have. Classes can accommodate any fitness level. I highly recommend Leslie‘s Saturday morning class to get your weekend started off right, and Jessica’s cheery personality gets you motivated to move in her 6:45 am classes, even on leg day!
