Took my daughter's car in for a transmission check and to look at some front end issues. Chad ran the diagnostic, came back and told me straight that the car wasn't worth what it would cost to fix. Then he wouldn't take a dime for the work he'd already done. He could have easily sold me a repair I didn't need and I never would have known the difference. That's the highest level of integrity I've seen from a mechanic in a long time. If you're in Shelby Twp and you need someone you can actually trust with your vehicle, go see ... read more
Chack’s is the place I’m taking my both cars for any repairs. Very reasonable price wise, reliable and they respect my time and timeframe that they give me . They communicate about everything and what I like the most they’re always friendly smiling. Overall very professional . Thank you Chad and Chack’s
First let me that they gave me a decent price on getting a used transmission installed and as we know ,(you get what you pay for) with that being said chucks transmissions service was absolutely outstanding, they performed above my expectations starting with the free diagnostic testing and finished this job ahead of estimated time frame and throughout the process kept me informed and I couldn't be happier with them. Will recommend them to all! I'd give them a 4.7 on my repair overall!
Was referred here by a family member and now this is the only mechanic I will go to! Always professional and are super knowledgeable. They’ll take great care of your car for a fair price.
Replaced my transmission within a week. They offer a 90-day interest-free payment plan through a third party company. Even cleaned up the interior of the car. No complaints, great service.
