I used to love this place. They do good work, and while they’re a bit overpriced, I never really complained because the convenience of being able to walk after dropping off my car made it worth it. However, this is now the FOURTH time I’ve had issues with staff going into my car and tampering with things that have nothing to do with the work being done—my sound system, LED lights, and custom “star” lighting. I would like to give a big. Thank you to the staff at chuck's transmission They took care of our F250 work truck that had a blown transmission. They did a great job while being polite, friendly and professional. The whole way got everything done. In a very timely manner, especially considering it was totally shot. Torque, converter and all and while that was getting done, they did front brakes and rotors on our other work truck, they definitely have got a customer for life. Replaced transmission and transfer case with a 60k mile used one... did not last 6,500 miles for the price of $6,700.00 and 3 weeks in repair shop. Can not afford to ever go back there!!!
Car broke down on my lunch break and called and explained what wrong and they said they could have me in and out that day. Not even 4 hours later they called and said they had it ready already. Shocked at the speed and how good of a job they did. Will come again.
